Blu di Genova is a connection between the past and the present, the blue fabric of working clothes, first produced in Genoa, my hometown, and then landed in America as blue jeans. It is the melancholy of the fight of art against reality. And it is my life lived on the road between my birth – town and America and the rest of the world.
